There’s a reason that weddings are described as one of the best days of your life. You and your loved ones are all together in a beautiful place surrounded by love, smiles, and laughter. Everyone is dressed up, feeling good, looking amazing and having a damn good time.
I love photographing weddings, you get a front row seat to the emotion, the eye contact and the big belly laughs. But.... you also get to see the tears, the tight cuddles, the raised glasses in honour of absent friends and the pride in your family’s eyes - these are my favourite bits.
I'm Leah and I’m incredibly privileged to be part of so many wedding days. No distance is too far, no ceremony is too intimate, no idea is too out there - I love it all. I pride myself in spending time getting to know you so that I make sure that I get your personalities coming through in your images.
Always two photographers
My trusty sidekick
My partner in crime, my husband of 10 years, is my long suffering slave. He joins me at every wedding photographing along side me meaning you always have two photographers capturing your day. We aim for documentary style and unobtrusive couple shots. When the groups shots come around, one of us ticks the boxes while the other catches the guests unawares and relaxed. You have two pairs of eyes working for you to shoot all of the moments - the classic ones, those beautiful in-between ones, the fun ones, those breathtaking ones, and those really small special ones you didn't think anyone would see.
Our aim is simple - catching those memories for you. Our memories fade quickly, we'll make sure you have these moments to look back on forever.
No two weddings are the same and we pride ourselves on fitting in to your day. We are the team who not only photograph your weddings but end up with great new friends. On the day we coordinate perfectly when we work as we do at home with our little family. We're constantly getting mistaken as guests blending in perfectly as we join in with the smiles, and you’ll always find me crying at the speeches behind my camera.
We also pride ourselves on exclusivity. We would hate to lose the love for weddings and to shoot so many to make it "just a job". For this reason we limit the amount of weddings we do per year. Get in touch now to see if we would be perfect for you.
